Last updated: October 18, 2026 These terms apply when you order a song from Sobriety Tune ("we", "us"). Sobriety Tune is based in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. 1. What you're ordering A custom song celebrating someone's recovery or sobriety milestone, or your own. It's written from the answers you give us. We write the lyrics around your story and produce the song with AI-assisted music production tools. You choose a female or male lead vocal, and every song is in our signature warm acoustic style. Every song is unique, but we can't promise a specific melody, length or arrangement. 2. Your story You're responsible for what you share. By ordering, you confirm that: what you tell us is true to the best of your knowledge; you're comfortable sharing the details about the person the song is for, and you'll consider their privacy when you share the song with others; you won't ask for content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory or illegal, or that uses someone else's song lyrics or likeness without permission. We may decline or cancel an order that breaks these rules, or that we can't write responsibly. If we do, we'll refund you in full. 3. Delivery We email you a private link to your song page, where you can play, download and share your song. Standard songs are delivered within 3 days and Express songs within 24 hours of your order. Please check that your email address is correct at checkout, and check your spam folder. See our Refund Policy for what happens if we're late. 4. Revisions Every order includes 2 free revisions, which you can request up to 30 days after delivery. A revision can change details, lines, names or the voice. A completely different song or a new story counts as a new order. 5. Using your song Your song is for personal use. You may play it, download it, gift it, play it at events and share it with friends, family and on your personal social media. You may not sell it, license it, upload it to streaming services such as Spotify or Apple Music, or register it with content-identification systems. We keep the copyright in the song and give you a permanent personal licence to use it as described here. We won't use your song, your story or anyone's name in our marketing without your written permission. 6. Privacy and your song link Your song page is not listed or searchable, but anyone who has the link can open it. Only share it with people you trust. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us. 7. A gift, not treatment A Sobriety Tune song is a gift to celebrate and encourage. It is not counselling, therapy or medical advice, and it doesn't replace professional support. If you or someone you love needs help, contact a local addiction service or, in the US, call the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 (free, confidential, 24/7). 8. Prices and payment Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. 9. Liability To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. 10. Governing law These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. 11. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you ordered. 12. Contact Questions?
