Refund policy

Every Sobriety Tune song is written and produced for one person, from the story you share with us. Because each song is made to order, we can't take it back once it's made. We do want you to love it, so here's how it works.

Cancelling before we start

You can cancel for a full refund until we start writing your song. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Express orders go into production almost immediately, so the cancellation window for Express is very short. Once writing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Free revisions

Revisions are free. If something isn't quite right, like a detail, a line, a name or the voice, use "Want something changed?" on your song page or reply to your delivery email. We'll send the new version within 2 days, and we'll keep going until it feels right. Revisions can be requested up to 30 days after delivery.

Mistakes on our side

If your song has a mistake we made, like a wrong name or a detail that doesn't match what you told us, we'll fix it for free. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.

Late delivery

Standard songs are delivered within 3 days and Express songs within 24 hours of your order. If we miss the Express deadline, we'll refund the Express upgrade, and you'll still get your song. If a song isn't delivered at all within 7 days of your order, you can choose a full refund.

After delivery

Once your song is delivered, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. Your song is personal and can't be resold. Free revisions are there to get it right.

Customers in the EU and UK

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods or digital content made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Every Sobriety Tune song is personalized. This does not affect your other legal rights, including your rights if the song is not delivered as described.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
